主持国家自然科学基金青年项目（C类）1项，曾参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部人文社科项目等多项科研项目。近年来在相关领域取得多项科研成果，以主要作者身份在《International Journal of Operations & Production Management》（ABS 4*）《International Journal of Project Management》《Project Management Journal》等国际权威期刊，以及《管理案例研究与评论》《工业工程与管理》等国内核心期刊发表论文10余篇，并参与撰写国际学术专著章节。在教学与案例研究方面，荣获第十四届全国“百优案例”奖，相关成果入选教育部专业学位中心案例库。此外，担任《International Journal of Project Management》《International Journal of Managing Projects in Business》等多个国际学术期刊的匿名审稿人。
